It would be easy if the workers weren’t ****ing cowards

we act like pussies we get ****ed

I mean I spent the last 7 years working two-three jobs at a time while also going to school but I did qualify for this federal low-income home loan so bring out the guillotine I guess

Nice.
I just bought an apartment.
Real estate is ridiculously expensive in our part of Germany and a nice house would set you back at least a million euros.

@wwwp, that looks cozy asf, with the fire pit too. hammock too? https://boxden.com/smilies/JRAZtb1.png

Congrats Wolf (so jelly)

small advice from resident loser

1) happiness
2) home

I’ve known lots of people who buying a home was the best thing and worked great

But I’ve met others who were so miserable and trapped by it

If it turns into the latter remember happiness > home

Ultimately home =\= happiness

And

I don’t know

Congrats on everything

I am just really looking forward to not having a shared wall and to having the space for my dog and my garden. The ultimate goal is sustainable living and full-time hermithood.

The house was built in 1930 but the wiring, plumbing, floors, roof, and appliances are all < 5 years old. Just above the flood zone.
