The normal phrasing is "What's the best you could do on this?" but I personally hate that phrase. I like it when people say something like "Hey, just asking to ask, but would you take an offer on this?" and then make a reasonable one. I'd say $40 would be reasonable on that album. Don't be a dick and offer half.
