Got me some steaks and gonna knock them out of the ball park on the delicious scale. Medium Rare with a red wine herb sauce.

Also have to write a paper on a master chef. So I picked this Israeli chef named Uri "Buri" Jeremias. I have to put up a family tree about who trained him and who he trained. The tough part is that he is anti all those things and just opened up his own restaurant one day because he was encouraged to. How do I meet my requirements when it's literally impossible!

Make his family tree a circle.

Try and treat yourself with the money you've saved.

You're doing great.

I did a marinated ribeye a few days ago with some garlic and butter, then threw some mushrooms in the pan with a red wine deglaze. Cast iron skillet is my new best friend.

Thanks man. I just buy more discs though. I just grabbed one that has a bluetooth tracker in it, along with a few other new releases. And salad. I'm spending a small fortune on salads from the local grocery store. I plan on being somewhere with white sands, blue waters, and palm tree's real soon though.

Sounds delicious. I wouldn't use those mushrooms though. I'm not big on mushrooms. I have a copper ceramic pan that I just love for this stuff. Conducts heat super fast and isn't huge so it allows me to do a shallow poach. Cast Iron is nice but most scenarios I'd use it for, I have things I'd rather do.

Except if you're going camping and you don't have a grill but a portable stove. Cast Iron will take the abuse that pretty much all other pans couldn't.
