how long were you there? here at least i know landlords can't count carpet condition against you (within reason) after 3 years I think.
also as someone who has moved around/rented a lot it's worth it to buy a carpet shampooer. |
He’s in Texas
Renters have no rights You don’t get deposits back in Texas |
You may as well left a fresh turd on it

I'm finally moving out of the parents house after more than a year of trying to save and find an apartment. Moving to a small but up and coming city only about 30 minutes away from the shop. The place is expensive and there's nowhere to park but I love the place and it has basically everything. Art house theater, bookstore, international food, a downtown, trains to the city, culture. Feels good man. Now just have to accept the fact that I'm going to be broke for a while.

How were you gonna clean a blood stain while you were drunk? How would you have cleaned it sober? Just call it an act of God. Texans respect God. It's probably in that Constitution of theirs.

i swear by:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....cL._SX425_.jpg i feel your pain though, i lost 75% of my last deposit bc i dropped a wet oil painting on the middle of the carpet -_- |
If I saw that and knew the deposit was gone I'd have fun. That's now my ash tray. That's my urinal. If I'm thunderdrunk that's where I puke. If I'm ****ing your bitch Imma shove her face in it while I cum in her ass.
|
Buy a square foot of carpet and stitch that bitch right on top of the stain.
