Yeah, I've been on a few of those too

Even worse is when it takes more than one date to figure that out.

I'm supposed to be putting a trailer online today, but there's one tiny little bit of it where the audio isn't quite up to snuff - sounds a little off. That's really poor to not turn up and then not respond or text you or anything.

I'd be embarrassed if that was me.

Have you spoken and found out why? It's unlikely but maybe there was an emergency or something. I'd wait to let them explain themselves first.
