Yeah, I've considered the emotional toll. I've wanted to get into social work forever though, I've got the whole "CPS failed me as a child so now I have to fix the system from within as my lifes work" thing going on. I think I can compartmentalize fairly well. This position is like social work lite tho, mainly focused on getting kids into preschools. And I havent been offered the job yet so dont jinx it.
