already did a lot it seems like and its just starting today. now that im home, im thinking of not going to math class because its just the intro to trigonometry and i can learn that on youtube. im not going because id be driving home in the snow storm that starts during class. i emailed the professor and he said its not cancelled yet. went and got food. 30 dollars in apple and carrots. then to target for mac n cheese, they had the kind i like. that made the morning better because i was waiting very patiently for an email and it wasnt coming and i was kind of stressing over it so i could leave. making better choices at the store and not buying processed food at much. trying to buy stuff that grows from the ground, even if its processed and put into bags( carrots and apples).

I like my friends. It's just that they're a bunch of 30 year olds with media tastes indistinguishable from those of an average 14 year old.
But that's the norm these days.

Which is why we're still friends.

MicShazam 11-15-2018 02:05 PM

the few friends I have are actually great people.

I don't always feel like I have super much in common with them in certain ways, but other things we can do together and talk about make up for that.

it's probably even preferrable in some ways to have friends that aren't the same as yourself.

music is the big one where I wish I had more people to talk to. at least my brother is very interested in music, writes music, plays instruments and has somewhat eclectic tastes.

Met a jackoff salesman from Texas whose only personality traits are that he's obnoxious and from Texas. Elphenor's poseurdom makes a bit more sense now tbh.

Nah we definitely get it a lot here. I once knew a guy who was so obsessed that he would use his town as a username for logins and ****.

Oh and jackoff salesman was wearing a cowboy hat to really get the point across lol

Is it bad to be from Texas? Everyone I've ever met (in real life) from Texas has been interesting, bright, and fun.

No, but if you make it your defining feature then it starts to count against you.
