Omg, nobody even said anything about soulmates except for Lucem, because he can't talk to people without projecting all of his weird fears in big walls of text.

Elph has a chance with someone willing to put up with his **** (poor boy can't even pull out, ffs). She doesn't need to be a "soulmate" to be a good match, and he shouldn't just immediately jump ship because love is chemicals, or whatever
