I hear you.

The way my brain is for now it’s worth it to me

If I go back to where I was with the really negative stuff I’ll go back to taking my meds

I don’t like the side effects though

I mean it’s not like a free lunch - if I’m not having suicide ideation or missing work I’m going to keep trying to ride life out without it.

i've never been one to push meds or advocate for the pharmaceutical industry i just know that after resisting meds for years they worked wonders for me

My grandpa (who has been my hero my entire life) had a heart attack last night and he's been in the hospital since then. He's one month short of being 100 and they say it'll be a couple weeks before he passes probably. I'm going to see him tomorrow.
