Richmond is in Virginia. Virginia is below the Mason Dixon line. The Mason Dixon line is the dividing line of the South. Virginia is where a large proportion of battles in the Civil War were fought because we were very important for the South.

I know you want to know exactly why raising a white family there is horrific. You must know how incredibly racist and xenophobic they are. No one who loves their family and could make ends meet in whatever English speaking country he’s from (unless it’s South Africa) would choose to raise white kids in Japan unless you’re running your family like a cult or some ****.
