^ Easy to say, but it sounds like it might be time to just go for it elph. My suggestion: invite her to something like a coffee, that's not a big time commitment, and be ready to react to the three possibilities: her Yes, No or Maybe. For each one, you should have something to say that maintains your dignity! AFAIK, almost every girl is secretly flattered by a respectful approach, so even if it bombs, it shouldn't be too awkward if u see her again in the corridors.
