She's got a real life. Unlike me and you. I've been a member here for almost 4 years and have been catching **** over some of the stuff I post since day one.
Yet, NONE of it has come back to bite me or others in the butt in all that time. Well, unless we factor in the constant bites I get from the tin foil faction here.

*Chula looks in one direction then crosses the street*
*gets to the other side without getting hit by a car* Chula: "Told you, paranoid losers! You don't have to look both ways before crossing the street!"

I'm just waiting for him to fall asleep tbh. We'll see who's laughing in the morning.

So you're saying that you're a child?
The regulars are most likely not a threat to you, but this is a public forum. Laugh at the idea of caution but it's good advice to err on that side my dude.

No, that the potential robbers are idiots.
MB: Be careful, you might just win the lottery. Be careful, you might just go down in a plane crash. Be careful, you might just get that Vegas weekend with Jenna Haze. The day I start worrying about what I post on MB and how it could screw me because of the "public" aspect of the forum, is the day I go full on Howard Hughes.

But, if you are giving them a gift to a person, and specifically state, as you did here, that it is for a house, then it is no longer a gift and you can be taxed because it is not a gift. A gfft would be more something like, say you gave a set amount to a person and they bought a car. You didn't tell them what to do with the money or talked about how it was to be used, you just gave it to them because you value them. So, I would take that bit out of your statements in the future unless you want the IRS knocking at the door. Or if you are tipped off to the IRS by someone. Just a bid of advice (and yes, I do know alot about American tax law. But gift laws work the same in several countries ). Just some advice. Take it as you want.
