Quitting smoking has been difficult for me in the past but it's not been bad at all this go around (likely my last).

Anyway, everyone's email at work broke and I've been trying to fix that all day. Could go for a smoke tbh.

Thanks. Next for me is to try and get off the vapes but I've always got loads of liquid so I never do. Maybe try lowering the nicotine and adding less.
