Really ****ing awesome day today. Had a couple really close friends over around 2pm, and we ordered pizza and sat around the bonfire and smoked weed. They literally just left. Such a good Saturday!

Today’s the last day of the weight loss plan I’ve been doing. I’m down over sixty pounds, blood sugar is good, blood pressure is good. Next week I find out how my cholesterol is doing. I’m already off two medications and hoping to get off that one as well. I have way more energy, no longer feel like garbage all day, and as an extra bonus am taking a trip down memory lane wearing tee shirts I haven’t fit into in twenty years.

Good to hear this! I'm guessing that the cholesterol has to be down as well -
even if you have a family history of it. Don't know what you're doing right,
but it sounds like you need to keep it up until you reach your ideal weight.
