I just got word that I'll be DJ'ing a disc golf tournament inside an abandoned prison grounds. The same prison that was featured in the Blues Bros. Time to dust off some soundtracks: Blues Bros. (ofc), Shawshank, Escape From Alcatrazz, and maybe some Escape From New York. I was offered a spot to play, but it'll be fun to just be a part of it all. Possibly a world's first, actually.

Crazy ****ed up thing happened last night. Woke up around 1:00 to take a wiz and my right arm was almost completely unresponsive. Thought I was having a stroke. Got ready to drive to the emergency room but I passed all of the stroke protocols. 1) tongue and face weren't messed up on the right side. 2) speech wasn't slurry beyond my normal 1:00 rum and coke protocol. 3) brain was functioning fine (again, the 1:00 protocols) and, 4) motor functions were fine, other than a right arm that felt like a limp noodle.

Made a doctors app. first thing this morning. Arm is much better but still only about 60% (pinched nerve maybe?) Linda did some googling and thinks it was a transient ischemic attack (TIA - or mini stroke).

Anyway, total mind ****.
