^Thanks you two. I found out she had only two weeks left....well.....about two weeks ago and I've done enough crying since then. I'm just glad she's done suffering.

My Gran went the same way, I knew she was dying and even the knowledge of her having had a long and good life, coupled with the time we all had to prepare for her passing, didn't soften the blow.
I still miss her. |

I got home at 5.45am this morning from town, well 6.45 if it wasn't for daylight savings, I'd been out drinking since about 6pm that night. I would have been home earlier had the taxi driver decided not to screw me over. I ended up running the last 13km of my trip home lol, that killed nearly an hour.
St. Patricks day is TNT. Edit: Didn't even see that above me, big sympathies from me, CLLR.

Thanks everyone. I was honestly perfectly fine yesterday because I had been crying for the past two weeks expecting a call every day. I guess it finally really hit me today because I started balling at work after an elderly woman called in that sounded just like my grandma. And even though we had more than enough help NOBODY asked if I wanted to go home or even get off the register for like ten minutes.
But once again I worked nearly all day then my boy and I rented Tony Hawk American Wasteland only to find out when we got home that the disc in the case was like Project 8 or something. disappointing because I ONLY got Wasteland because of the no loading thing.
