Vegas is a city in the state of Nevada. It's not the only state where gambling is legal but it's the gambling state. What other states' laws are I and most of the rest of the country don't even know, but we all assume that Nevada is the most liberal. At the very least it's the home of the city that's the home of gambling and vice.

The nationwide legalized sports betting is going to have lots of little things that increase the house edge more than Vegas or a bookie who uses Vegas as a guideline.

There’s going to be charges to transfer funds. A fee to run the app. The NBA is already talking about skimming 1% off all bets in the arenas. Just FYI losing 1% of the house edge is devastating long term.

The gambling commission in Nevada protects gamblers from ridiculous house edges.

I looked into betting online but from what I could find (and you have to consider bank transfer fees) my bookie - well he doesn’t gouge you with hidden fees.

The fantasy football sites employees were using data from their own sites to cheat on other sites. I hate fantasy football but just saying that the new big gambling industry isn’t necessarily any better.

Had I won my last bet I would’ve picked up $645 today nothing deducted. No bull****. Cash in pocket probably with a free beer thrown on top. That was a fair bet. I lost but it was fair and square.

This, we've all accepted. That fact that he relishes in it so gleefully is what I can't wrap my head around.

EXHAUSTED.

Going to take a big hit selling the Winnie. Knew that possibility going in.

Winnie: $32,000

Rent for 7 months in SD (low ball): $1,800 x 7 = $12,600

Selling price for the Winn: $20,000

Bottom line: pretty much a break even. I'm good with that.

today i woke up, but only left my room at about noon(which i always do) made waffles with the instant mixer thing and it worked out pretty well. i went onto the computer and had breakfast that i think is acceptable but my bro doesn't think ice cream and waffles are good for breakfast(he knows nothing!). then i did stuff, i don't really remember, probably just fooled around a little.
then at about 4 my mom asked me to make dinner(my first time!) i made macaroni with crap sticks that they have here. it was good but the onions were burnt but the dressing kinda overpowered that taste! then i listened to some music, watched a bit of tv and now i'm just waiting for late night with conan to start!

Been having a seemingly endless debate with people. Let's hear MB's take:

Waffles or Flapjacks?

Pancakes are another thing entirely, let's not even go there.

^I'll take cold pizza.

Ledgestone is in the books. I had back problems all week which I've nailed down to having some form of gout from being bit by that ****ing spider... and still no super powers, dammit. I was wincing on just about every throw, and having to stand and just use my arm with no run-up and X-Step took a LOT out of my drives, but I wasn't taking a DNF. No, no ,no. Absolutely not. I found myself in last place after the 2nd round, so I went into the 3rd and final round with 'not finishing last' as my only resolution and mantra. I walked away with a 26th place finish out of 30. Bad back and all. Got some neat prizes too.

Don't you have Betway yet? Here a lot of people use that to place sports bets (app/ website). The only drawback is that you can't place bets outside your own country with it.

That's more so what you want tho when you buy stuff like this, isn't it? That's how I've always seen it. As long as you come close to breaking even or profit, it was a good investment.
