Got a promotion at my job. Instead of taking calls from people complaining about their ticketmaster experience, I'll actually be taking calls from different agents with questions they don't know how to answer. I'll also be taking "escalated" calls which is basically customers that aren't satisfied with the agent and I'll talk to them, try and simmer them down a bit. Gift cards gift cards gift cards. If they aren't happy with whatever bullshit, I just offer them a gift card and it usually shuts them up. There's other stuff in my job description now but it's tedious to talk about it and none of you would understand anyways.

Making a few bucks more too, so that's tight.

drunk driver smashed into our parkade door last night. I showed up right after and had to get the guy arrested. might have to testify in court about it idk. the clown couldn't even talk and had a half empty bottle of wine on his passenger seat. the fact that he got as far as he did without killing someone is miraculous

That's the part I really wouldn't want to do. Not a drunk driver but I had a guy hit me last year and luckily he had insurance. Otherwise I'd have had to cover it out-of-pocket or go to court with him (screw that).

Dinner this evening consists of a spring roll and pho with tofu for the meat. It's as delicious as it sounds. I'm loving every bite of it.
