honestly its not a bad idea for cities to be built around public transit rather than roads, but the way most cities are now it would take an insane overhaul to reshape them - not to mention the public ideological shift of relying on a less free transportation mode

I don't think the immense costs of that will be counter-balanced by any/all of OH's proposed savings
