Lots of depression and alcoholism on my dad's side, bipolar and depression on my mom's. My dad was always threatening to kill himself and my sister and I have both attempted, cousin off'd himself a year ago and another cousin is currently 5150'd. Other than my dad, I've never met people that only visited their kids on Saturdays. It's usually a schedule that attempts to keep it equal.

Monogamy in it's self is a fairly terrible idea that gets forced onto people. Forcing two people to love each other because they had a kid is even worse. You can't fake that ****, it's unhealthy for everybody involved.
