Re: ketchup. Ever tried making your own? Freshly made and not processed stuff will alter your brain forever.

I've done this one a couple times. The recipe will make a ton of it so I half all of the ingredients.

Cuts the acidity of the tomatoes and basically cooks down to almost nothing. The predominant taste in ketchup is vinegar - not sugar.
