Just got a phone call from Amazon.com (first ever)

Been dealing with them since 1999 and have easily spent well over $20K during that time. Probably a lot more.

In appreciation they've upgraded my personal account to a business account. Better pricing, more unique items, cool management tools, and I can add other members to my account to receive my new perks.
