time restricted eating isnt normal but its starting up and fasting is normal is every culture.

Fasting is not normal in every culture. Fasting is reserved for weird religious **** and it's about deprivation, not health. Are you depriving yourself of food to punish yourself for anything or are you paving the way for the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ?
