An older dude who lives in the park is a retired carpenter. Just to keep busy and make some side cash he does decks, fences, stairs, etc. for park members. Had him quote me a small deck and stairs coming off my main door. Will have enough room for my little grill. Pressure treated lumber with railings and all.
