aldis didnt fuccing have those nice bags of grilled frozen chicken, to bake. and i was even at walmart today and forgot to buy food lol i should have two atleast one box of hot pockets but so some weird reason i didnt get any food. bought two nice new shirts though. fancy button ups. 10 bucks each. they are just smaller, i needed a smaller set of shirts, x large was getting too baggy. ones baby blue, and they are microfiber, they feel like Hawaiian shirts, sort of shaped like them too. im going to eat dry roasted peanuts with baby carrots, about 6 -10 apples, some crackers and 4 small brownie pieces. im starting to make the circle around with my karma drink stickers on my desk also. i was able to buy some more and added a few stickers.

Stopped by Taylor Guitars this morning to get my action lowered a bit on the acoustic. They have two suites and then the factory. One suite is the repair center which is cool cause the lobby wall is made of glass so you can watch all of the techs working. The other is their showroom.

its a great day outside, i chose to walk to the store in one of my new shirts, the white and blue one. its like perfect weather out there too.

: items bought for dinner :
- hot pockets (chicken parm)
- one candy bar
- two granola bars
- one almond (kind) bar
- fiji water bottle, to have a extra one filled now

I pulled my back out pretty bad last Thursday from trying to keep up with a couple of pro's on the disc golf course. I could hardly even walk all weekend, and omg getting dressed, showering, taking a ****, and all the usual daily tasks are just... ****ing ouch *grunt*. I have a State Championship coming up in 3 weeks too, so this is just lovely. I'd like to dedicate this little number to my soon to be 52 year old body. I still love ya buddy, but come on man!
