Life is really strange.
I'm usually a pretty calm guy and I've felt sort of almost satisfied with my unimpressive life situation for a year or so.

Then, today, I'm waking up, and I'm just feeling really angry for no reason. I want to throw things around and scream at the skies. I hate my life today. The funny thing is; nothing has changed since yesterday. So am I fooling myself when I feel happy, or am I being irrational today?

When I'm in this sort of mood, I always feel tempted to buy a load of booze and just drink my brains out. It's a slippery slope waiting to get started.

If you are keep at it.

Sometimes the creeps or the blues or the rage has to kick in. Reason or not. If avoidable I advise against treating with booze or other chemicals.

I know it's a bad idea. But I learned long ago that the part of me that's rational has very little say in what I actually end up doing.
