TBH I don't think that Frown should be a mod either. Unless he's just a spam deleting freak of nature then I don't see the benefit. He's about on my level of "should not be a mod" afaic. He'd have the same value to the forum with or without modship.

I mean this is just mindclubbing people into thinking that he's better than Chula and therefore Chula's POV is irrelevant. He's really just admitting to be on the same level and who wants Chula to be a mod?
