Seriously though, I assume you're trolling, but is it not a thing over there use that form of address? Usually in a sort of sarcastic way? "Had too many drinks last night, did we?" "Got a headache, have we?" etc. It's done all the time over here. Again, I assume you're just dicking around, but just in case you're not, you should know it's a well recognised thing here.
