Wish me luck. I'm about to sue a family of lawyers.
Sadly, none of this is at all surprising. I actually thought he might have stolen some of your stuff. What a ****. Let's hope he gets what's coming to him. Hang tough man, at least he's gone now. Play some Stockhausen or KLF and just be happy he and his retard companions are the hell out of your hair forever.

From your pictures I doubt you’re entitled to anything beyond the security deposit. It’s a mess but not intententional vandalism.

I think it was electrical bills that he paid back but he still owes back rent.

Perhaps you have seen me mention my new retarded coworker. He has taken to calling me a "dumb dumb" and I'm not sure whether to feel offended and hurt or continue to try to convince him of things that are true because it's so much fun to dissuade him of nonsense I'm not sure why he believes in the first place. Why, my brother, do you still think that the legal age for drinking is 18 and the legal age for smoking is 21? I do not know, and I do not know why you continue to ignore me, but I swear that I will convince of the truth one day.
