I guess I can't sympathize since i have a job that I love and love going to it every day. I'm obviously in the minority so I'm speaking highly of myself.

I wouldn't say I love my job, but its different everyday, not very stressful, and I learn a lot. Also, I work by myself most of the time with spotify playing.

You know what you must do. I'm talking of course of carefully cutting around the eyes, then hanging the painting where you can stand behind it and look through the actress's eyes at your visitors. Always remember to move your eyes left to right, then right to left as you do, and some creepy music never hurts.

Congratulations on joining/re-joining the rat race.

As for me, well I have a long commute to work every day: those stairs get harder to get down every morning. Still, at least the traffic is light. As Douglas Adams once pointed out, the hours are good, though most of the minutes are pretty awful.

Yep, congrats on the job, Chiomara! For most of us, even a grim job is a big help for our financial independence and self-esteem.

My illustrious job history:- paperboy, shop assistant, busboy/dishwasher, petrol pump attendant, animal maintenance technician (= feed and clean up after animals in science lab), porter in department store, truck driver's mate, draughtsman, architectural consultant, carpark attendant, teacher. __________________ "Am I enjoying this moment?
