I don't remember her credentials but she did tell me. I just don't remember.

She's currently testing or looking at the potential of me having PTSD. Asked me about being bipolar and about my mania and what not.

He does. Instead of showing a little bit of humility and admitting there was some lucky good fortune that his property value increased it's all about how he busted his ass. Well, America has oceans of communities with nice houses that millions of people worked their fingers to the bone to buy that lost all their value because their local industry died, urban decay, and crime infestation. Baltimore and Detroit have obvious examples but this has happened to families from coast to coast. And then there’s “financial losers” (his words) like me who didn’t make it over the bump into homeownership and have been pushed around by gentrification.

With conservatives it’s never any random good fortune or bad fortune. You either “busted your ass” or you didn’t.

America has Democrats who are far right and Republicans who ultra far right.
