How was the avocado?

Ten things I hate about SoCal: I'm still working on the list. It changes every freaking day.

Two things I love about SoCal: The weather and the insanely fresh avocados.

Bad day. But I got to pet two (2) toads in the cemetery earlier, so there's that at least. (I didn't actually intend to stop by a cemetery, I just sort of stumbled into it without noticing since I was busy eating gas station junk food and thinking about the Penanggalan) I can never keep it together when I see a toad.

A noteworthy selling point for any location.

Don't tell me they can't cry!


Why? Does posh mean something else over there? Here it means rich and well-bred, upperclass etc. "He's so posh he has two Rolls Royces" etc. :confused:


Graveyards and cemeteries just naturally call to you, don't they? ;)

Finally get a Wii I've been plotting on for a while and either the controller is busted or, far more likely, the only AA batteries left in the house are dead (and I am of course far too lazy to leave the house and get more). Really, God? Really?

I hope you're not fishing for pity. How far would you have to go to get batteries anyway? Get off your ass!

It's like a whole fifteen minutes away. I'm good till tomorrow. I'm just confused why I'm constantly too lazy to throw away dead batteries and instead just put them back in the package when I get replacements and let them sit in my drawer for four years.

That is confusing. I've got 1 container for the used ones, 1 for the packages of new ones. It's a recommendable system :laughing:
