Dude, birds ****ing jam. There used to be a sparrow (or something idk) that lived in a nest in a tree by my window and whenever I would blast music he would sing along on some Coltrane level ****. He dug my sax and clarinet too.

#2 if it has artistic intent and isn't, say, supposed to be some kind of ornithological document.

ok what if I just stand in front of a bird exhibit and say "the next two minutes of sounds here is music"

I suppose my convoluted point here is that it's odd to me that out of two sonically identical pieces, one is definitely music while the other is definitely not.

What if I declare every sound that has ever been, is and shall be, to be music, as part of my conceptual musical piece (while wearing a pretentious hat), though?

i was outside today burning brush and stumps and leaves too. we had a chair outside but there wasnt anyone sitting in it because we were too busy putting stuff on the fire to keep it going. I took a few snaps, pm me your snapchat name also. my legs are extremely sore from running everyday now. 24miles in that last 16 days. 1.5 mile each day. i could barely run today and i still cant walk right and my legs feel like mush. I wonderfully found this blue goodwin college cup, that i took from my parents house. Then for din din, we got a brickini, it has just the right ingredients and taste awesome. im wondering if i broke the bones in my legs from running, they have hurt for about a week now, i need to stretch and i dont. idk what ima do for running tomorrow, might just walk :/

Assume that a record company hires a mercenary producer who cares not one iota for whether or not a piece of music he creates to be sung over by a hired gun pop star singer who's just in it for the fame and Twitter posts. No one involved in the making of the music considers it art, nor do they care whether or not it fits into the artistic community, but the teenagers who listen to it consider it music.

If it is only considered a product imitating music to all of those involved in the making of the song then is it music?

Is a counterfeit Louis Vuitton still a shoe or whatever it is that they make? If you tell a joke that you don't get and the other person laughs, is it still a joke?
