Finally get a Wii I've been plotting on for a while and either the controller is busted or, far more likely, the only AA batteries left in the house are dead (and I am of course far too lazy to leave the house and get more). Really, God? Really?

I hope you're not fishing for pity. How far would you have to go to get batteries anyway? Get off your ass!

It's like a whole fifteen minutes away. I'm good till tomorrow. I'm just confused why I'm constantly too lazy to throw away dead batteries and instead just put them back in the package when I get replacements and let them sit in my drawer for four years.

That is confusing. I've got 1 container for the used ones, 1 for the packages of new ones. It's a recommendable system :laughing:

I know. Hoping this is possibly a sign of a new Bill and Ted. Haven't seen any of the John Wick movies though, which is a shame since I'll watch anything with Keanu Reeves in it.

There's a disposal for that some blocks away from where I live, so I wait until there's a pile, then take them down there. It's no biggie. I'm not perfect when it comes to recycling, but I've never thrown away a battery.
