I don't think having more women in charge would really change anything. I just think that human beings are naturally designed to be attracted to the opposite sex (or same sex too) and even though some of us are civilized enough to not impose our attraction where it doesn't belong, we all deep down secretly judge those of the gender we prefer to **** as a potential mating partner.

Cause I bet you treat dudes/chicks that you find really cute differently than those you don't find really cute.

The patriarchy doesn't refer to men vs women, so your point about more women in charge doesn't make any sense. Your last sentence on the second post is correct, the patriarchy itself is just a constructed hierarchy of power. It is just as responsible for unrealistic beauty standards as it is for toxic masculinity and homophobia. These are broad strokes of course.
