I actually don't have any knowledge of current hosting sites for sharable media content. It's not something I've ever needed. The last major player of that sphere that I recall was Mega and that was taken down. My apologies.

Frownland reminds me of the Iron Giant. The Iron Giant was built to be a destructive weapon, but with a hit on the noggin and a little help from a friend he discovers to be a good person. You could be the Garth that Frownland needs.
