****ing hell! The hits just keep coming, don't they? Hopefully it's nothing. I was ****ting myself over finding a rather large lump on my back a year or so ago but it turned out to be completely safe, so I hope you get the same news. The good news is that I was able to be told this immediately I walked into the surgery (well, once I had got my shirt off); I had thought they'd have to do a biopsy and I'd be left waiting. Be thinking of ya man.

I'm sure you will. However I've had a second opinion, and they said I was also an idiot.
Seriously, two doctors have confirmed it's something called a lymphoma or something like that. Apparently, if it moves easily under the skin (which this one does) it's nothing to worry about. So they say. I can get it removed at some point if I want, but it won't do me any harm if I leave it there. Sorry to ruin your day, Batty. Put that sparkling wine away.
