Really angry and emotional today. I think I almost broke down and started hurting myself again. I don't know what to do or how to deal with myself when I feel like that. I blame snap chat. This is the worst Monday I've had all week.

Sometimes when I'm bored or waiting for something I make terrace chants in my head to forum members usernames.

Some of them are quite good.
