I've done it four or five times. Super simple and there are recipes all over the place. Main thing is getting good lean steak straight from the butcher so you can know it's fresh (or at least more fresh than the prepackaged stuff).

We also had 3 dogs and 2 cats. Food came out killer, everyone mowed.
