Vinegar, olive oil, s&p, mixed into the minced sirloin with a lightly poached egg. It's delicious and an easy way to impress dates if they aren't vegetarians.

And in nicer places they mince the steak and make the tartare tableside so you know it's super fresh. The crisp bread and capers are essential too.
