BK's meat is exceptionally more bland. I think that McD's actually uses salt in their patties or something.

I hate onions but still **** McDonald's gelatin meat. We straight got the best horse meat of all the garbage fast food joints. Even our fries are better.

Every time I've been to BK in the past 5 years, even when baked out of my mind, it's been exceptionally ****ty, even by fast food standards. I honestly couldn't identify their burger patties as such in a blind taste test. McDonalds doesn't taste great but at least it pretends to be beef.

5 Guys can suck a fat one. If they had lower prices I might get the hype but you can get such a better burger for 6 to 10 dollars.

That's the opposite of my findings. McDonald's melts in your mouth like some kind of sponge meat replacement, Burger King tastes like burnt actual meat, and Wendy's is somewhere in-between. Hardy's/Carl's Jr's is basically a bigger version of Wendy's where it doesn't taste like real meat but it kinda does if you squint.

Wendy's is the best.

^Better than 5 Guys, but the cult is annoying as ****. I like their fries though and it's definitely the best burger at around that price for a chain.

Wendy's is super bland too. Maybe BK varies from location to location by quite a bit.

Carl's Jr typically adds too many toppings to their burgers to really gauge the quality of the meat so that's tops for me as far as the standard fast food chains go.

So which is the best burger chain for you guys then?

Tbh homemade > any fast food burger I've had. But I have never been to Five Guys.
