Conor has changed the face of MMA in so many ways.
obviously he’s made huge strides for proper pay and fighter safety, but when you look at the guys who are grabbing the mic and talking now it’s clear that he’s the bar now. of course there’s been charismatic fighters before, but never on his level. he’s an MMA fighter with the personality of a pro wrestler. for some reason MMA fans love cheering the bad guy. not just Conor either, Jon Jones still gets standing ovations despite being a garbage person who has broken the fans trust so many times at this point, while Daniel Cormier gets booed despite being an amazing fighter and humble person. wish we would see Nate Diaz vs Conor again but he’d be silly to take the fight at this point. win or lose Nate would **** him up and if I’m Conor i’m only stepping in the octogon again if it’s for huge money or a fight that i know i’ll win. Conor vs GSP for biggest fight in UFC history at catchweight.

I just like how the events are structured, loads of fights and they don't feel like they drag on like a dull boxing fight can.
Tbh I thought it was a bit of a fad a few years back. You reckon Conor vs GSP will happen? |

Conor vs GSP is a tough one. on one hand, it’s huge money and the UFC would be dumb not to do it. on the other hand, they’re both champions and the weight gap is prettt big between them. GSP coming back at a bigger weight was interesting but he didn’t look quite as sharp so i reckon he’ll drop back down. if they’re willing to pay Conor enough he’d do it for sure, not sure about GSP. thing is, it would be both fighters last. if Conor loses, great. he’ll still get a huge payday and it’s not like he has anything left to prove in the UFC. it lets him cash back in on another payday. if Conor wins, cool. he’s knocked out a fighter who could be considered the greatest P4P in UFC history. and for GSP, it would probably be a silly fight to take unless it’s his retirement fight as where do you afterwards? win or lose it puts you in a weird spot. regardless I say Conor has 2-3 fights left in him max. his new film is the highest grossing Irish film of all time already. he’s a smart man, he will leave the industry before he suffers too much damage. for someone who has as many opportunities as he does he would be silly to keep abusing his body.

Another HUGE MMA fan here. I think Conor vs GSP is inevitable. Would be the biggest UFC payday ever. Dana's not going to let that slip away.

For a split second I read that as "Another HUGE MAGA fan here."
