I actually like my manager though. We got good banter and since he's gay we can have gay banter without him getting weird about it. We just both have bad tempers that can switch on a dime. I don't even care that he ditches work, I just wish that he wouldn't do it on a day and time that he should clearly know can get busy and when we're shorthanded.
