Point is, nobody calls them yuppies anymore. Doesn't matter; I'm not making a federal case out of it, but you're the first one I've heard use the word since I watched an episode of Only Fools and Horses. Over here, and in all of Europe, we've forgotten all about them.

Seems like Cali folk still uses it. Whatever Dude uses it all the time too. I first heard it from him and now Frown is saying it too. I don't hear it on the east coast.

Yeah you're all American. Which is my point. No other country refers to yuppies anymore. Come on into the 21st century with us. It's cool.

Had my appraisal today for the main security company I work for and it went really well. Becoming a permanent member of staff at one venue and the students union. Will be working many gigs including Slowdive, Godspeed You Black Emperor, DJ Shadow, Grizzly Bear and Joey Bada$$ in the next few months alone.

Good thing is that all the work is from about 7/8pm, so I can easily fit in another part/full time job during the days, or at least do something more useful with my time.
