Oh sweet! Ukemi* I think is how it's spelt, but not meaning to nitpick, how was it? Did it hurt much doing the rolls? I'm going to training in about half an hour, I haven't been since early December though so tonight could be interesting:)

This week has been so sweet, tramped through a cave thats about 500m long with waist high water and if you turn off your torch you can't see your hand 5cm from your face, the water was pretty rapid in places too. About half way through theres these really narrow tunnels, think like the size of the hole in the top of your clothes washing machine and then make it smaller, it's not for the claustrophobic haha you couldn't even lean on your elbows it was that tight. Then I treked about 7 k through bush and river to some site where we stayed for the night, hiked up some hill the next morning, sat up there in the clouds, then came back down.

Today was spent on a high ropes course, which is just awesome for heights, scaled some rock climbing wall that was set up high off the ground and ran blindfolded accross this rickety bridge. Awesome week, and a big sleep in tomorrow:D

Well, i just got home and now im watching some basketball...After school i reffed to basketball games...made some cash money. I plan on just laying back and watching some hoops tonight.

Yesterday I vomited all day...some stomach bug- wretched.

Today I'm just nauseous, not puking. Babe's at daycare. Just me today. If I was feeling better I'd go throw some pottery, but Id probably puke on my way ;(

Was my Granmothers funeral today.

It wasn`t too bad really , the actual burial was upsetting. But afterwards we all went to my uncles house where all my uncles were telling stories over a few beers and poking fun at each other.I think I spent most of the afternoon laughing.I think it`s what she would have wanted , she was always the loudest , funniest & most outspoken when it came to family get togethers. :D

I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother Urban :(

im sorry urban, i lost my grandfather last year around this time, i got really upset at the burial and wake, because thats when it hit me, i'd never see this person again.

Anyway today was *** as usual i had a blackout at school and i was about to go home when the power came back on When i got home i had came on the computer and heard that my dog almost died so i wasnt happy.

today i pulled back my hair, right track suggested that i do, and apaprently i look like an elf.. well aita says more like a shelf
