I subsisted almost entirely on 2 bowls of cereal, a granola bar, and a breakfast bar a day for the last decade.

I'm trying to take proactive steps to better my general wellness and this seemed like a logical step.

Tis indeed a wise step. Hopefully you'll get into cooking as me and the other MB chefs, it's really rewarding and fun imo.

I would have died. I have to eat an antelope a day to get my daily protein requirements.

4th day in a row of a decent BM, no gacking, and being able to eat really well. AND being really hungry.

I'm just happy when I can keep my bowel movements regular enough that I take my big dump of the day before I go to work. I've taken to reading my huge backlog of physical graphic novels while on the can, and The Black Mirror is the ****, pun intended. Dick Grayson as Batman and ruling that coolness.

You and me both brother. Talked with my daughter this morning and actually starting discussing the best way for Linda to use my life insurance and SS benefits if it ends up coming to that.

Sherri's become a total Mother Hen since finding out about my health issues. She's called me more in the last 10 days than in the previous 6 months. So far she's being a rock about what might be around the corner.
