Bat, where did you eat quiche at? The quality can vary a lot from place to place. I've had some extremely bland and underwhelming quiche.

Mini quiches are super easy to make in muffin tins too. Portable quiche.

This is actually how I make all of my quiches. It's the easiest to preserve, so you can make a batch on Sunday and have it for breakfast the rest of the week.

I should probably do that. (Rather than eating nothing but quiche all day and night and having none left the other days) Cheesecake is easier in muffin tins too but I'm not a huge cheesecake person. Unless it's blackberry cheesecake. Blackberries are so criminally underrated! Blackberry cobbler >>>>>

At my grandmother's house for Thanksgiving or Christmas. She's not a brilliant cook but she's still a highly functioning Housewife Bot. And even aside from the yucky yuck yuck taste it was the consistency that truly made my mouth feel as if something evil had oozed its way into the Sacred Temple.
