Never had that. Just with bacon I think. It's really good though.

You guys don't make regular pumpkin pie do what I do and make pumpkin cheesecake.

Also quiche is something I make at least once a week. Spinach + onion + mushroom + feta with hot sauce is my fav.

My mom is a superb baker and when I get rich I want to help her start her own business because her desserts are out of this world. She once baked a cake that I decorated and I drove it to the East Bay where my favorite local act was gigging and we shared it backstage and then they gave me two of their shirts in every color.

Can you do poached eggs? I tried once recently, it's a difficult skill to learn first time. Came out alright but hard to keep the egg together.
I tried poached eggs a couple of times. Did you use vinegar and poach it in water? I tried poaching in oil once but it didnt work out the way that I imagined it would.

Also pumpkin pie is crap. Stick to sweet potato pie.

I made an awesome caramel pecan pie once for Thanksgiving. Came out great my first time doing it.
Also screw baking from scratch. Semi-homemade for the win. Just get the mixes in the boxes and pre-made crusts.

Pre-made crusts are an abomination.

Not true. Especially those graham cracker crusts.

Pre-made crusts are the Linkin Park of crusts. They only exist to give better crusts contextual greatness.

The first bite is the bomb. After that it's too damn rich to the point where I can only finish one slice before I don't even want to look at it.
