Yes, exactly.
(Scrambled eggs with chorizo and cheese is always good too though)

Can you do poached eggs? I tried once recently, it's a difficult skill to learn first time. Came out alright but hard to keep the egg together.

Can you do poached eggs? I tried once recently, it's a difficult skill to learn first time. Came out alright but hard to keep the egg together.
I haven't attempted to before, no. I'm not a huge egg eater really. Plus I usually end up using them all during my periodic baking sprees.

The real purpose of baking is eating the dough. Whatever comes after is just a bonus.

OMG. I don't even like cooking, but I love baking and would totally love to learn more. I used to experiment with making cookies as a kid and it was some of the purest fun of my childhood.

Cookie dough is life.
