It all depends on what they mix in. Fruits work real well. Especially tropical stuff like mangos, etc.

Omg there's a place near me that has chorizo burgers with jalapenos and ghost pepper cheese on them (plus a fried egg) and they're SO good.

The thing with extreme hot sauces is you have to ramp up slowly. Start with a large serving and a very tiny amount of sauce. And then keep creeping up the ratio. A few years back it was like heroin for me. If I wasn't sweating, burning like hell, and drooling snot, the meal wasn't good.

And it was awesome the entire time.

If not for health issues I'd still be right there. Love the heat, but just had to dial it down quite a few notches.

I used to enjoy it in the same way, I just can't handle it more.. Literally was eating habeneros and eggs for breakfast instead of using green bell peppers. I get really bad hickups now too, which is just annoying.

@Batlord - I have a very nice ghost pepper hot sauce my Uncles friend made that I put on everything in small amounts.

A good beef vindaloo is a truly magnificent thing. Like a really intense movie, you're still thinking about it the next day. Earlier in the week we went out for Indian, vindaloo + beer and we couldn't even feel the cold (it's midwinter here). Some butter chicken and mango lassi for the kids and everyone was happy.
